Slow Cooker Apple Oatmeal Breakfast Dessert

We continue exploring apples and oatmeal for breakfast or dessert. With suggestions from Simple Daily Recipes' subscribers, I've created the first slow cooker recipe for this channel and the website.


Gala apples 2 Large , peeled, sliced
Dates 3 Large , pitted, chopped
Cinnamon 1/2 Teaspoon
Rolled oats 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) , divided
Golden raisins 4 Tablespoon , divided (as needed)
Pecans 50 Gram (as needed)
Vanilla extract 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Plain unsweetened soy milk 2 Cup (32 tbs) (more or less as needed)



1. In crock pot, lay two layers of apple at the bottom and sprinkle cinnamon on top.

2. Add oats, and half of the chopped dates, followed by golden raisins, and pecans. Repeat the layers starting with the apple.

3. Finally drizzle vanilla around and pour milk until it comes up on the side. Cover the pot with lid and cook on HIGH for 4 hours.


4. Serve hot!
