Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

Peanut butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sugar 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Egg 1
Water 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon , ground
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Rolled oats 1 Cup (16 tbs) , mix



1. Grease cookie sheet

2. Preheat the oven to 350°


3. Combine the peanut butter, sugar, water, egg, cinnamon and vanilla extract to make a smooth paste

4. Add Rolled Oats Mix to the mix and blend well. Cover this mixture and set aside to chill for one hour

5. Shape the chilled mixture into 1-inch balls and place 3 inches apart on the sheets. Use a flour-coated fork to flatten cookies to 14-inch thickness.

6. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes and remove to cool on wire racks


7. Serve warm
