Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (almond, rice, soy or cow’s milk) | |
Old fashioned oats | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (five minute oats) | |
Honey/Maple syrup / agave syrup | 1 Tablespoon | |
Berries | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (blueberries, blackberries and/or raspberries (fresh or frozen)) |
MAKING:
In a saucepan, bring water and milk to boil.
Add oats and simmer over medium heat.
Cook for 5-7 minutes until thick and creamy.
Add honey or desired sweetener and cook until berries start to pop.
