How To Make Oatmeal Energy Bites

These delicious Bites are perfect for a quick breakfast on the go or a nutritious treat.


Gluten free oats 2 1/2 Cup (40 tbs)
Pumpkin seeds 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Raisins 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Sesame seeds 2 Tablespoon
Sunflower seeds 2 Tablespoon
Cacao nibs/Chocolate chips 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Unsalted nut butter 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Honey 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (plus 1 tbsp extra)
Molasses 2 Tablespoon
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon



In a food processor, grind cup of oats and cup of sunflower seeds separately. Reserve the mixture.

In a large bowl, combine, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, oats, cacao nibs, raisins, cinnamon, salt and mix well.

In another bowl, combine nut butter (sunflower seed butter), molasses, honey, vanilla extract and mix well.

Mix the ingredients of both the bowls and make balls. Dredge in the oats mixture prepared as shown in the video.

Once done, pop into refrigerator for the balls to harden.
