|Water||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pumpkin spice||1/2 Teaspoon (or nutmeg, cinnamon)|
|Organic oats||2 Tablespoon|
In a saucepan, boil water and add in the oats. Stir continuously with a fork.
Season with pumpkin spice and whisk for 30 seconds. Cook for 3 – 5 minutes, until done.
Serve with mashed fresh fruits.
Breast milk can be added to make it creamier and healthier.
