Mango Coconut Baked Oatmeal Momma Cuisine Great Everyday Meals

Mangoes give a tropical spin to your boring everyday oatmeal. Try it out!


Rolled oats 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Brown sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Grated ginger/Ground ginger 1/2 Teaspoon
Ground cinnamon 1/4 Teaspoon
Half and half 1 Pint
Milk 1 1/4 Cup (20 tbs)
Mango 1 , pitted and diced
Sweet shredded coconut 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)



Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.


In a baking dish, add in all the ingredients together. Bake, uncovered for 1 hour and 15 minutes.


Let cool and pour in some almond milk. Serve and enjoy!
