Chickpeas | 2 Cup (32 tbs) , drained, rinsed (Cooked / Canned) | |
Olive oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
Coarse salt | To Taste |
In a medium bowl, toss the chick-peas with the oil to coat.
Spread the chick-peas on a baking sheet and roast at 375° for 40 minutes, or until brown and crisp.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with salt to taste.
Cool before turning into a bowl.
