Gooseberry And Hazelnut Brulee

Gooseberries 8 Ounce (250 Gram)
Sugar 2 Ounce (50 Gram)
Hazelnut 5 Ounce (150 Gram)
Dark brown sugar 1 Tablespoon


Place the gooseberries in a saucepan with sugar to taste.

Cook gently, stirring, until the juices run, then cover and simmer until tender.

Spoon into individual heatproof dishes and leave to cool.

Top with the yogurt and chill well.
