Sliced mushroom | 1 Pound | |
Minced garlic | 1 Tablespoon | |
Dark soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
Red chili flakes/Chili sauce | To Taste | |
Sesame seed | 1 Tablespoon (Optional) | |

Red radish | 5 Small ((as needed)) | |
Spinach leaves | 5 Gram ((as needed)) |
GETTING READY
1. Cut radish as shown in the video to look like mushroom.
MAKING
2. In boiling salted water cook noodles following package direction. Drain and set aside.
3. In the same pan, heat oil, add mushroom and minced garlic. Stir and cook until softened.
4. Add soy sauce, red chili flakes, and sesame seeds. Stir well and then add cooked drained noodles. Mix well and turn off the heat.
SERVING
5. Serve hot with baby spinach and radish mushroom garnish.
