Betty's Beautiful Buttery Brown Noodles

In this video, Betty demonstrates her original Beautiful Buttery Brown Noodles recipe. It is quickest and easiest accompaniment to any meal, and the flavor can't be beat! You'll love it!


Beef broth condensed soup 10 1/2 Ounce
Beef consomme condensed soup 10 1/2 Ounce (One 10.5 oz can used)
Butter/Margarine 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (1/2 stick of butter used)
Uncooked noodles 6 Ounce



1. In a medium-large pot, heat beef broth condensed soup, beef consomme condensed soup and butter or margarine over the stove.

2. When the soup mixture comes to a boil, add the noodles. Cook about 8 minutes or as per the instructions on the pack, until done, but not mushy.

3. Once done, use a colander to drain the noodles. Discard the leftover broth.(Or, if it is a large amount, use it for some other purpose another time)

4. Transfer the noodles to a serving dish.


5. Serve hot as a side dish with steak or roasted beef and enjoy with lemonade or iced tea!
