Homemade Noodles

Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Eggs 2
Water 1 Tablespoon
Kosher salt 1/2 Teaspoon



1) Take a board and place flour on it. Make a well in the center.

2) Drop the eggs, salt and water into it.

3) Work on the flour with one hand and knead until elastic and smooth.

4) Roll and stretch dough as thin as possible.

5) Let stand the rolled dough until it becomes dry enough to touch. However, do not let it get too dry.

6) Cut the dough in squares, strips or narrow noodles. You can roll up the noodles in jelly roll style and then slice as thin as possible to get narrow noodles.

7) Shake until noodles become separate. Dry very thoroughly.

8) Boil salted water. Add noodles, as per requirement, and cook for about 10 minutes or until tender.

9) Keep the remaining noodles in tightly closed jars.


10) Serve the noodles with vegetables and sauce.
