Shanghai Chicken And Noodles

Fettuccine 8 Ounce , uncooked
Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves 1 Pound , cut into 1/4
Chopped vegetables/Chop suey 16 Ounce (1 Package)
Mushrooms 3 Ounce (1 Cup)
Hoisin sauce 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)



1) Prepare fettuccine as per package instructions.


2) Take a wok and spray with non-stick spray. Heat it.

3) Put chicken in the wok and stir fry until it is cooked

4) Now, add vegetables and cook until they are crisp tender.

5) Add hoisin sauce and bring to boil.

6) Keep stirring constantly.


7) Let it boil for about a minute and then add fettuccine.

8) Toss it to mix well.


9) Serve Shanghai chicken and noodles hot.
