Thin egg noodles 8 Ounce (1 package)
Chicken breasts 3 , halved
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Oil 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (for frying)
Margarine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Chopped mushrooms 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Chopped ham 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Chopped green onions 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Garlic buds 4
Flour 4 Tablespoon
Black pepper 1/4 Teaspoon
Red pepper 1/4 Teaspoon
Beef stock 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) (or bouillon)
Red wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)



1. Boil water with a little salt and ocok the moodles in it according to package instuctions; drain and place them on a greased 13"X9"X2" baking dish

2. Salt and pepper the chickens lightly and dredge them in the flour; fry in a skillet till golden brown, making sure to put the lid on for the last few minutes

3. When done, remove and arrange them on top of the noodles in the baking dish

4. In a skillet, melt the margarine and sute mushrooms, ham, green onions, onion and garlic in it till onion is tender; add flour, black and red pepper nd brown ir for ten minutes

5. Add a cup and a half of eef stock or use a mixture of a cup of water and half that of condensed beef stock, along with a cup of red wine

6. Simmer with the lid on for fifteen minutes, pour it over the chicken and noodles and bake with lid on at 350°F for twenty minutes; remember to remove the lid for the last few minutes


7. Serve as appropriate
