Peanut Butter Chicken Noodles

The Body Coach Joe Wicks is back with another episode of his Get Lean In 2015 series and this we he shows you how to make delicious and healthy peanut butter chicken noodles.

Ingredients

Chicken breasts 2 , chopped
Coconut oil 1 Teaspoon
Red onion 1 Small , chopped
Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Pepper 1 , sliced
Courgette 1/2 , sliced
Baby corn 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , sliced
Peanut butter 3 Tablespoon
Rice noodles 7 Ounce

Directions

MAKING:

Heat coconut oil in a wok or skillet. Saute onions and then add chicken. Cook for 5-6 minutes.

Add courgette, pepper, baby corn and give a good toss.

In a small bowl add little water with peanut butter to loosen it. Add soy sauce to this mixture and whisk well.

Add sauce mixture to wok and stir well.

Add noodles and cook for 2 minutes.

 

SERVING:

Serve and enjoy!
