Grilled Portobello Mushrooms

Portobello mushrooms that were tossed in extra virgin olive oil, and Emeril's Essence seasoning, and then grilled over charcoal, cherry wood, hickory wood! Awesome with any barbecued meal!

Ingredients

Portobello mushroom 1 Pound , sliced
Olive oil 1 1/2 Tablespoon
Seasoning To Taste (Emeril's essence seasoning used)

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Prepare the grill with some cherry wood and hickory.

2. In a bowl, place the sliced mushrooms and toss them with olive oil and Emeril's Essence Seasoning.

MAKING

3. Place the mushrooms in a grill basket and cook on indirect heat as shown in the video.

SERVING

4. Serve along side with your choice of main dish.
