Baked Cheese Bacon Mushrooms
Cyranos Cheese an Bacon Mushrooms are perfect for a tailgating party, or anytime you want to have something special. These are some of my favorite types of stuffed mushrooms, I personally think most things go better with bacon. Cyranos is located in Vail, Colorado.
Ingredients
| Mushroom caps | 28 Medium , cleaned (No Stems) | |
| Sharp cheddar cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) , grated | |
| Cooked bacon bits | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Parsley | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , finely chopped |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
MAKING
2. Remove stems from mushrooms.
3. Wipe off the top of the mushrooms with a paper towel.
4. Fill mushrooms with cheese and top it with cooked bacon bits.
5. Arrange the mushrooms on a baking dish. Bake it in an oven at 350 degrees F till the mushrooms brown.
SERVING
6. Serve Baked Cheese Bacon Mushrooms sprinkled with chopped parsley.
