Spinach-Stuffed Mushrooms are perfect as a holiday appetizer or any time of the year.
Stuffing | 6 Ounce ((Chicken stuffing)) | |
Water | 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) | |
Mushroom | 2 Pound | |
Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
Garlic | 2 Clove (10 gm) | |
Frozen spinach | 10 Ounce | |
Mozarella cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Parmesan cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) |
GETTING READY
1. Heat oven to 400°F.
MAKING
2. Mix stuffing mix and water; set aside. Remove stems from mushrooms; chop stems. Melt butter in skillet on medium heat. Add chopped stems and garlic; cook and stir until tender. Add to prepared stuffing along with spinach and cheeses; mix well.
3. Spoon evenly into mushroom caps. Place, filled-sides up, in shallow baking pan.
4. Bake for 20 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and filling is heated through.
SERVING
5. Serve as an appetizer at a party.
