Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms

Spinach stuffed mushrooms recipe! Perfect for your awards show party.

Ingredients

Button mushroom/Crimini 20 ((about 1 1/2″ diameter))
Hidden valley ranch dressing mix 1 Ounce ((1 packet))
Cream cheese 4 Ounce
Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
Grated parmesan cheese/Grated cheddar cheese 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Shredded spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Grated carrot 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Minced green onion 2 Tablespoon
Minced dill 2 Tablespoon ((and/or parsley))
Bread crumbs 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY

1.Set oven to 400ºF.

MAKING:

2.Wipe mushrooms clean and remove stems.

3.Mix remaining ingredients together, EXCEPT 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs (reserve these for topping).

4.Spoon about 2 teaspoons mix into each mushroom and arrange on a baking sheet. Sprinkle tops with more breadcrumbs.

5.Bake 20 minutes until mushrooms are soft and filling is bubbly and toasted.
