Chorizo stuffed mushrooms - the easiest stuffed mushrooms recipe ever. In under 5 minutes, watch as some stuff turns magically into a yummy appetizer.

Ingredients

Button mushrooms 16 Ounce , wiped, stems removed and reserved, cavities scraped (about 16 medium
Chorizo sausage 6 Ounce (breakfast or Italian or whatever's fressshhh)
Green onions 2 , thinly sliced
Fresh chopped herbs 2 Teaspoon
Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
Salt 1 Pinch

Directions

GETTING READY:

1.Preheat oven to 375F.

MAKING:

2.Mince mushroom stems. Combine with chorizo, onions, herbs and mix well.

3.Place mushroom caps on baking sheet and sprinkle with salt.

4.Fill each cap with 2-3 teaspoons of mixture and pop into oven.

5.Bake for 20 minutes.

6.Serve and enjoy!
