Green onions | 2 , thinly sliced | |
Fresh chopped herbs | 2 Teaspoon | |
Grated parmesan cheese | 2 Tablespoon | |
Salt | 1 Pinch |
GETTING READY:
1.Preheat oven to 375F.
MAKING:
2.Mince mushroom stems. Combine with chorizo, onions, herbs and mix well.
3.Place mushroom caps on baking sheet and sprinkle with salt.
4.Fill each cap with 2-3 teaspoons of mixture and pop into oven.
5.Bake for 20 minutes.
