|Button mushrooms||16 Ounce , wiped, stems removed and reserved, cavities scraped (about 16 medium|
|Chorizo sausage||6 Ounce (breakfast or Italian or whatever's fressshhh)|
|Green onions||2 , thinly sliced|
|Fresh chopped herbs||2 Teaspoon|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
1.Preheat oven to 375F.
2.Mince mushroom stems. Combine with chorizo, onions, herbs and mix well.
3.Place mushroom caps on baking sheet and sprinkle with salt.
4.Fill each cap with 2-3 teaspoons of mixture and pop into oven.
5.Bake for 20 minutes.
6.Serve and enjoy!
