Muffins (Blueberry Muffins)

This video is about CherylsHomeCooking and how she makes blueberry muffins. This recipe is quick and easy to make.


Milk 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (room temperature)
Egg 1
Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Baking powder 2 Tablespoon
Salt 1 Pinch
Brown sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (packed)
Frozen blueberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sugar 1/2 Teaspoon
For topping
Blueberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sugar 1 Tablespoon



1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

2. Line the muffin tin with liners.


3. In a bowl whisk milk, egg and vegetable oil until well blended.

4. Add flour, baking powder, salt and brown sugar and mix using a fork.

5. Add frozen blueberries and fold it in.

6. Pour the batter in the prepared muffin tins.

7. Sprinkle sugar on top of each.

8. Bake at 400°F for 20 to 25 minutes.


9. In a pan add blueberries and sugar. Cook till sugar melts.


10. Once cooled, split the muffin and pour the blueberry sugar syrup on top and Serve!!
