Banana and Toffee Muffins

The name itself suggests that these muffins are delectable. The unique combination of bananas and toffee make these muffins an irresistible treat.


Ripe banana 3 Medium
Vegetable oil 125 Milliliter
Eggs 2 Medium
Plain flour 250 Gram
Caster sugar 100 Gram
Soda bicarbonate 1/2 Teaspoon
Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
Butterscotch chips 150 Gram



1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.


2. In a bowl combined all the ingredients well. Pour them into the muffin pans.

3. Bake for around 20 minutes or till done Remove from the oven and let it cool.


4. Serve the muffins warm or cold with tea or milk or any other beverage.
