This low carb muffins recipe makes a very delicious low carb breakfast. It is very easy to prepare. With just 1.7 net carb per serving, this recipe is well worth the effort to make.

Flax meal | 4 Tablespoon | |
Almond meal | 4 Tablespoon | |
Oat fiber | 1 Tablespoon | |
Baking powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Cocoa powder | 2 Tablespoon | |
Sugar free sweetener | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Vanilla syrup | 1 Tablespoon (vanilla Da Vinci Vanilla syrup) | |
Eggs | 2 Large | |
Sugar free chocolate chips | 1 Tablespoon | |
Almond | 1 Tablespoon , sliced |
MAKING
1.In a large bowl sift flax seed meal and almond meal.
2.Add in the oat fibre and whisk with whisker.
3.Add in the sweetener, baking powder and cocoa powder. Mix together and set aside.
4.In another bowl add in the eggs and beat well. Followed by vanilla syrup and whisk well.
5.Pour in the egg mixture to the flour mixture and whisk well.
6.In silicon muffin pan spoon 1 tbsp. of the batter into each cup. Top with almonds and chocolate chips.
7.Microwave for 2 minutes 10 seconds.
SERVING
8.Serve Flax Almond Muffins with skimmed milk.
