Banana Muffins

Looking for the a great healthy Banana Muffin recipe? Here it is - fast and easy to make, this will start your day off right!


All purpose flour 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Ripe bananas 3 , mash
Sugar 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Eggs 1
Melted butter 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)



1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.

2. Line muffin cups with liner and set aside.


3. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.

4. In a separate bowl, add mashed banana, sugar, egg, and butter.

5. Throw flour mixture into the bowl with wet ingredients. Fold to combine. Do not overmix.

6. Into muffin cups, scoop the mixture. Pop it in oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the muffins when gently tapped springs back.


7. Serve banana muffins with a glass of hot chocolate milk.
