Honey Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients

Quick cooking oats 1 Cup (16 tbs) , uncooked
Bread flour 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Whole wheat flour 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Baking powder 1 Tablespoon
Salt 1/8 Teaspoon
Egg 1 , beaten
Honey 3 Tablespoon
Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
Skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Vegetable cooking spray 1

Directions

MAKING

1. In a mixing bowl mix the first 5 ingredients.

2. In the center of the bowl make a well. Keep the bowl aside.

3. Mix honey, oil, milk and eggs. Mix well.

4. Add this liquid mixture to the dry ingredients. Stir to moisten the mixture.

5. Coat the muffin pans with cooking spray.

6. Fill the muffin pans upto 2/3 their space.

7. Bake for 18 minutes at 350°.

SERVING

8. Serve honey oatmeal muffins for breakfast.
