Orange Chocolate Muffins

Butter/Margarine 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , softened
Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Eggs 2
Sour cream 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Orange juice 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Grated orange peel 3 Tablespoon
All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
Baking soda 1/2 Teaspoon
Bittersweet chocolate square 3 Ounce , grated (Three 1 Ounce)


In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.

Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Beat in the sour cream, orange juice and peel.

Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and grated chocolate; stir into creamed mixture just until moistened.

Fill paper-lined muffin cups three-fourths full.

Bake at 400° for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
