Cheddar Chicken Muffins

Ingredients

Skinned boned chicken/Turkey 4 Ounce , cooked, diced
Orzo macaroni 2 Ounce , cooked according to package directions (Enriched)
Egg 1 Large , beaten
Grated sharp cheddar cheese 1 Ounce
Pimiento stuffed green olives 4 , chopped
Minced onion 2 Tablespoon
Chopped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Pepper 1 Dash

Directions

GETTING READY

1 Preheat the oven to 375° Fahrenheit.

2 Spray 4 cups of a muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.

MAKING

3 In bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well.

4 Spoon 1/4 of mixture into each sprayed cup.

5 Fill remaining cups with water.

6 Bake for about 30 minutes, until muffins are firm and golden brown.

SERVING

7 Serve immediately.
