|Baking powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Ground mustard||1/4 Teaspoon|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter||1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) , melted|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||3/4 Cup (12 tbs)|
In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and mustard.
Combine egg, milk and butter; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
Fold in ham and cheese.
Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full.
Bake at 400° for 20-25 minutes or until muffins test done.
Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack.
