Pizza Muffin (Recipe In Hindi) - Children's Day Special

Pizza muffin is not like usual sweet muffin. It is a combination of goodness of savory pizza toppings in small baked bread. This is salty, little tangy, cheesy and has full of pizza flavor. So YUMMY and TASTY. It is really a best snack idea for upcoming CHILDREN'S DAY!

Ingredients

Butter 50 Gram
Olive oil 50 Milliliter
Eggs 2
Milk 100 Milliliter
Ketchup 2 Tablespoon
Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
Italian seasoning 1 Teaspoon
Chili flakes 1 Teaspoon
Sugar 1 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Mozzarella cheese 100 Gram (use as required)
Green bell pepper 1 , finely chopped
Tomato 2 , finely chopped
Corn kernels 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY:

1. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 180 C.

MAKING:

2. First combine wet ingredients. Beat butter and oil until well combined.

3. Then put eggs in and beat a again. Also add milk and ketch up. Keep beating until smooth.

4. Now sieve maida/ refined flour and baking powder together in another mixing bowl.

5. To this add Italian seasoning, chili flakes, salt, sugar, cheese and vegetables. Give a light mix.

6. Now pour in wet ingredients in 2 batches and fold in.

7. Once done, put in cupcake molds until 3/4th filled because after baking the muffins will puff up.

8. Top up with more cheese so that it becomes cheesy and covers with cheese crust.

9. Now bake in pre heated oven for 12 - 15 minutes at 180 C.

10. After 15 minutes, keep the muffins like that in the oven for more 5 minutes.

SERVING:

11. Then take out and serve. Enjoy!
