Eggless Banana Choco Chip Muffins in Cooker - Soft and Moist - Eggless Baking Without Oven

There are times when you crave for something, a sudden urge to make something in my case with Bananas Choc Chips.. And here they go, I made some of these Muffins and they were outstanding! Everyone loved them, and I enjoyed as well.. Crunchy Walnuts, Melting Chocolate and overall a super soft moist banana muffin.. What else do you want? Baking in Cooker or Oven? Here's both ways to make this luscious muffins!

Ingredients

All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Maida)
Sugar 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Oil 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Choco chips 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
Baking soda 1/2 Teaspoon
Vanilla 1/2 Teaspoon
Walnut 2 Tablespoon (For topping)

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Heat up the idli cooker on medium flame. Pour salt at the bottom of the cooker followed by wire stand on top of the salt.

2. Preheat the oven at 200 C for 10 minutes.

 

MAKING

3. Take milk in a cup, add vinegar and keep it aside for sometime.

4. In a separate bowl, take flour, sugar and baking soda. Mix and set aside.

5. Mash banana in a different bowl. Measure around 1/2 cup and put it in the milk mixture. Give it a good mix.

6. Add vanilla essence and oil. Whisk the wet ingredients very well.

7. Drop in choco chips to the dry ingredients and mix well.

8. Pour the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and fold very well.

9. Drop in laddle full of the batter to the muffin cups.

10. Place two in heated cooker and bake for 18 t0 20 minutes on medium flame.

11. Put the other two in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes.

 

SERVING

12. Serve the muffins, all by themselves or with milk, tea or coffee. Enjoy!
