Ingredients

Silken tofu 12 Ounce
Ripe avocado 3 , peeled, scooped
Organic cocoa powder 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs) , sifted
Allspice 1/2 Teaspoon
Agave nectar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Sea salt 1 Pinch
Almond milk 3 Tablespoon (2

Directions

MAKING

1. In processor, add tofu, avocado, cocoa powder, allspice, agave nectar, and sea salt. Pulse for 2 minutes or until smooth.

2. Add almond milk, scrape sides and blend for another minute.

3.Into parfait or wine glass, scoop the mixture, cover with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for 2 hours or up to 2 days.

SERVING

4. Garnish with whipped cream and serve.
