Hot Chocolate Mousse by Tarla Dalal

This wonderful mousse can be whipped up in less than two minutes using a microwave oven! it is hot, yummy, quickwhat more can you ask for? you can prepare the mixture in advance, store it in individual serving bowls, and microwave it just before serving to enjoy the best flavor. For an extra celebration, serve the hot mousse with chilled vanilla ice-cream!

Ingredients

Paneer cubes 1 Cup (16 tbs) (cottage cheese)
Milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Plain flour 2 1/4 Tablespoon
Sugar 6 Tablespoon
Cocoa powder 2 1/4 Tablespoon
Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
Vanilla essence 1 Teaspoon
Grated dark chocolate 2 Tablespoon
Fresh cream 1 1/2 Tablespoon
For serving
Chopped walnuts 1 Tablespoon (as needed)

Directions

MAKING

1. In blender, combine paneer, milk, flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and vanilla. Blend until smooth.

2. Into a bowl, transfer the mixture and add chocolate and fresh cream. Mix gently.

3. Into 4 individual bowls, equally pour the mixture, pop in microwave and cook on HIGH for 1 minute 40 seconds.

SERVING

4. Serve immediately garnished with walnuts.
