A healthy recipe for Pumpkin Protein Mousse.


Greek yogurt 6 Ounce
Pure pumpkin 1 Tablespoon
Stevia powder To Taste
Vanila extract 1 Teaspoon
Cinnamon 1/2 Teaspoon
Prograde vanilla protein powder 2 Tablespoon



1. In a medium bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well.

2. Chill or freeze inside refrigerator, as desired.


3. Serve as snack or dessert.
