Chocolate Mousse

Welcome to another video from The Fat Vegan chef. Today I will be making a simple seven ingredient vegan gluten free recipe that uses avocados! It is a tasty sweet chocolate mousse.


Avocado 4
Melted chocolate 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Cocoa powder 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Dark agave nectar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Canned coconut milk 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)



Skin off the avocados and set aside.


In a blender, blend the avocados and coconut milk.

Pour agave syrup, vanilla extract and salt. Blend it well.

Add cocoa powder and blend once again.

Pour melted chocolate and blend.

Pour in a bowl and refrigerate.


Serve when it is chilled.
