Ingredients

Whole milk 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Egg 1
Sugar 2 Tablespoon
Chocolate chips 1 Cup (16 tbs) ((of your choice))
Salt 1 Pinch
For homemade whipped cream
Heavy whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Sugar 2 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING

1. In a small saucepan over medium-low heat warm up the milk until it just begins to boil.

2. In a blender add in the egg, sugar, chocolate chips, and salt. Turn the blender on for 20 seconds just to combine those ingredients.

3. Once milk has slightly boiled add it into the blender with the chocolate mixture. Be sure to have the blender on and slowly pour in the milk. The hot milk will melt the chocolate chips and cook the eggs.

4. Ladle the chocolate mixture into 4 Demi cups and place into the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.

For Homemade Whipped Cream:

5. In a bowl, combine heavy whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla. Beat until thick.

SERVING

6. Serve with whipped cream and enjoy!

TIPS

Add Grand Marnier 2 tablespoon while beating egg mixture if desired when serving to adults.

You can also squeeze orange peel to add oil on top before serving.
