Almond Shake

Milk flavored with natural sweetness from dates, full of essential nutrients from almonds. Great way to add nuts to your diet.

Ingredients

Dates 6 , deseeded (soaked for an hour in milk)
Almonds 8 (soaked for an hour in milk)
Skim milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Honey 1 Teaspoon
Banana 1/2

Directions

MAKING

1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender. Run for few minutes or till the mixture is smooth without any lumps.

2. Pour out in a glass with some ice cubes.

SERVING

3. Serve chilled.
