Almond milk -How to make Almond Milk

In this video I show how to make homemade almond milk. You will need a high power blender to make this recipe. It is quite easy to make. You ca keep this recipe low carb by using low carb sweeteners.


Water 3 Cup (48 tbs) , soaked overnight and rinsed
Raw almonds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sugarfree sweetenner 2 Tablespoon
Cinnamon powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Cardamom powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Nutmeg powder 1/4 Teaspoon



1. In a blending jar add in the almonds and water. Blend for 2 minutes.

2. Strain the almond-water mixture, and place in a large bowl.

3. Add in the sweetener, cardamom powder, cinnamon and nutmeg.

4. Pour in the mixture again to the blending jar and blend for few minutes.


5. Chill and serve Almond Milk with cookies and enjoy!
