Betty's Chocolate Milk

In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make Chocolate Milk. This is a very simple recipe, and you can make substitutions for a low calorie version.


Unsweetened cocoa powder 1 Tablespoon
Sugar 2 Tablespoon (or sugar substitute)
Milk 4 Tablespoon , scald
Fresh cold milk 1 1/4 Cup (20 tbs)



1. In a medium-sized serving glass, combine cocoa, sugar, and scalded milk. Stir until sugar dissolves.

2. Pour fresh milk and stir to combine.


3. Serve chocolate milk immediately with a dollop of whipped cream, if desired.
