|Unsweetened cocoa powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Sugar||2 Tablespoon (or sugar substitute)|
|Milk||4 Tablespoon , scald|
|Fresh cold milk||1 1/4 Cup (20 tbs)|
1. In a medium-sized serving glass, combine cocoa, sugar, and scalded milk. Stir until sugar dissolves.
2. Pour fresh milk and stir to combine.
3. Serve chocolate milk immediately with a dollop of whipped cream, if desired.
