Almond Milk

With the high velocity Sage Boss Blender, create fresh, tasty almond milk like this at home. This recipe is quick and easy and requires a minimal amount of almonds.

Ingredients

Raw almonds 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Purified water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Agave nectar 1 Tablespoon (optional)
Salt 1 Pinch (optional)
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon (optional)

Directions

GETTING READY:

Soak almonds in a bowl with water for 8 hours or overnight.

MAKING:

Strain and rinse with water.

Place almonds in a blender jug and process using puree setting for 2 minute.

Strain using cheesecloth and discard the pulp.

Add the milk into blender jug with agave nectar, vanilla extract, salt and process using blend setting for 5 seconds.                                                 

SERVING:

Serve and enjoy!
