Ingredients

Vanilla ice cream 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Sweet, 1 family)
Small strawberries 4 Ounce
Raspberries 4 Ounce
Red currant 4 Ounce
Maraschino cherries 4
Maraschino juice 4 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING

1. Layer one scoop of ice cream in each of four glasses.

2. Sprinkle the ice cream with a few strawberries, top these strawberries with more ice cream and then layer with more raspberries between the glasses.

3. Cover this with more ice cream and decorate with strings of redcurrants.

SERVING

4. Place a maraschino cherry and a little of the juice on each glass just before serving. Serve with wafer biscuits."
