Whipping cream 500 Milliliter
Confectioners sugar 180 Milliliter
Rose extract 5 Milliliter
Red food coloring 3 Milliliter
Dessert crepes 12 (Crepe Batter)
Sliced strawberries 750 Milliliter , washed and hulled
Granulated sugar 60 Milliliter
Ground cinnamon 1 Pinch


Whip the cream and stir in the sugar, extract and colouring.

Spread over the crepes and roll.

Place crepes on serving plates and spread with the strawberries.

Blend the sugar with the cinnamon and sprinkle over the crepes.
