Faux Filet Mignon Kosher with all the Tricks and Tips

Some call it the godfather of steaks, Filet Mignon. But in the kosher world you're hard pressed to find it. Now, thanks to KOL Foods and Avi's Kosher Kitchen, we've got the kosher world covered. We take Kol Foods, 100 grass-fed, pasture raised Delmonico Steak, wrap it in their no nitrate beef fry and create a mouth watering delight.

Directions

GETTING READY

Wrap beef steak with beef fry and screw with toothpick.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

MAKING

Sprinkle kosher salt and cracked fresh pepper on the meat on both sides.

Heat the pan on high temperature.

Pour some canola oil, sear the meat one minute per side, let each side sear twice.

Add some margarine while cooking.

Cook the meat for 3 minutes in oven. Take out toothpicks

SERVING

Drizzle some compound margarine on meat and serve with your favorite wine.
