Salmon Tacos Recipe (Citrus Brown Butter)

I LOVE fish tacos!!! Normally I use tilapia or some other white fish when I'm making fish tacos but after trying some citrus brown butter salmon I just knew this stuff would go great in a taco! I was right! These salmon tacos are full of citrus flavor and those fresh toppings just ties it all in! Superb!


For fish
Fresh salmon fillet 1 1/2 Pound
Honey 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Salt and pepper To Taste
For brown butter
Unsalted butter 7 Tablespoon , chopped
Fresh orange juice 1 Tablespoon
Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Garlic powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Black pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Honey 1/2 Teaspoon (Optional)
Other ingredient
Flour tortilla 8 , heated in oven until crisp
For topping
Shredded lettuce 25 Gram ((as needed))
Chopped tomatoes 20 Gram ((as needed))
Diced avocado 50 Gram ((as needed))
Sweet corn kernel 25 Gram ((as needed))
Diced red onion 25 Gram ((as needed))
