Basic Red and Green Salsas / World of Flavor

Ingredients

For red salsa
Tomatoes 3 Small
Onion 1/2 Small
Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
Roasted jalapeno 1 1/2
Sugar 1/4 Teaspoon (Optional)
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Cilantro 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Limes 2 , juice extracted
For green salsa
Tomatillos 3 , halved
Onion 1/2
Other ingredients
Oil 2 Tablespoon (For deep frying)

Directions

FOR RED SALSA

MAKING

1. In a wok heat oil and fry all the vegetables one by one.

2. Add all the ingredients into a large jar and blend with an immersion blender.

SERVING

3. Serve with nachos.
