Nachos with Salsa and Baked Beans, quick and easy starter! These nachos taste great with a combination of corn chips, baked beans, salsa and cheese sauce. . . . A must try !


For uncooked salsa
Tomatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs) , chopped finely
Red chili flakes 1 Teaspoon
Oregano 1 Teaspoon
Coriander 3 Tablespoon , chopped finely
Sugar 1 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Green chilies 1/2 Teaspoon , chopped finely
For cheese sauce
Cheese slices 6 , torn into pieces
Milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Mustard powder 2 Pinch
Other ingredients
Corn chips 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Baked beans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Spring onion whites 2 Tablespoon , finely chopped
Spring onion greens 2 Tablespoon , finely chopped
Olive 2 , finely chopped




1. In a bowl combine together all the ingredients and mix well with a spoon. Keep it aside for half an hour.


2. In a broad non-stick pan, combine together the cheese and milk, and cook on medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, making sure to stir continuously. Turn off flame.

3. Add salt and mustard powder mix well. Keep it aside.


4. On a plate, arrange a cup of corn chips and pour half a cup of baked beans evenly all over them.

5. Now spread half of uncooked salsa and half of cheese sauce over it.

6. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of spring onion whites, 1 tablespoon of spring onion greens, 1 tablespoon of olives and ½ teaspoon of dry red chili flakes over it.

7. Repeat the process to prepare another plate.


8. Serve immediately.
