Reduced Sugar Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

What would make for an ideal healthy anytime snack? Yes, you guessed it right - Fruits! Fruits are popular as an any time snack and must be had in their most natural form in order to derive the maximum nutritional benefit from them.


Kiwis 2 , diced
Golden apples 2 , diced
Raspberries 8 Ounce
Strawberries 1 Pound
Honey and maple syrup 2 Tablespoon
Whole wheat tortillas 10
Butter flavored cooking spray 2 , spray
Sesame seeds 2 Tablespoon (Leveled)
Almonds flakes 4 Tablespoon
Cinnamon flavor sugar 5 Teaspoon (Leveled)



1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. In a large bowl, mix together chopped kiwis, Golden Delicious apples, raspberries, strawberries, honey and maple syrup. Add the sesame seeds and almond slivers. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes and upto an hour.


3. Spray one side of each wheat flour tortilla with butter flavored cooking spray. Cut into wedges and arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle wedges with 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon sugar. Spray again with cooking spray.

4. Bake in the preheated oven 8 to 10 minutes. Repeat with any remaining tortilla wedges. Allow to cool approximately 15 minutes.


5. Serve baked tortilla wedges with the chilled fruit.
