Taco In A Pan

Crunchy, spicy taco in a pan is the perfect one-pot supper!

Ingredients

Ground beef 1 Pound
Onion 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Green pepper 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Taco seasoning mix 1 1/4 Ounce
Rice 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Salsa 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Colby jack cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs) , shredded
Tomato 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , diced
Black olives 1 Tablespoon , chopped (Optional)
Tortila chips 1 Cup (16 tbs) , crumbled

Directions

1. In a skillet, brown together, beef, onion and green pepper over medium heat. Stir in water, taco seasoning mix and rice, bring to a boil. Cover and cook for 3 to 5 minutes until the rice turns tender.

2. Spoon some salsa and add colby jack cheese, cover until the cheese melts. Top with tomato, olives and tortilla chips.

SERVING

3. Transfer to serving bowls, garnish with sour cream and spring onions, serve.
