Easy guacamole recipe with avocado, tomatoes, red onion, jalapeno, and lime!
|Minced red onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Minced jalapeno||1 Tablespoon ((or other desired chile))|
|Diced tomato||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Fresh lime juice||2 Teaspoon ((or to taste))|
1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh.
2. On a plate, place avocado flesh and mash with a fork. You want the avocado to still have some chunky bits so that it has a nice texture.
3. Add red onion, jalapeno, diced tomato, lime juice, and salt. Mix well. Taste and add more lime or salt, if needed.
4. Serve with chips and enjoy!
