Heirloom Tomato Pico de Gallo - Easy Summer Side Dishes

Heirloom tomatoes are so gorgeous and juicy delicious they make the most beautiful pico de gallo. Bring this recipe to your next bbq and watch it disappear in moments!


Heirloom tomatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs) , seeded and chopped
Red onion 1 , chopped finely
Chili pepper 1 , seeds removed and minced
Cilantro 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , chopped finely
Limes 2 , juiced
Kosher salt 1/2 Teaspoon



1. In a large bowl, add in the heirloom tomatoes, red onion, chili pepper, cilantro, lime juice and kosher salt. Toss well all the ingredients. Let it sit for 30 minutes.


2. Serve with nacho chips or over the grilled chicken or fish.
