Easy Snack for Kids: Healthier Nachos

Healthy Nachos? Yes, it is possible! Choose the baked chips instead of fried and whole foods as toppings and you'll have healthier nachos that are just as good as any!

Ingredients

Tortilla chips 200 Gram
Canned black beans/Pinto beans 15 Ounce , drained and rinsed
Mexican blend cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

MAKING

2. In an oven dish, evenly spread half of the Tortilla Chips.

3. Spread the half of black beans over the top, followed by half of Mexican blend. Repeat the process with rest of the ingredients.

4. Place in the oven for 15 minutes. When the cheese is nice and melted, take them out the oven.

SERVING

5. Top the nachos with tomatillo salsa, guacamole and sour cream. Serve to the kids.
