Fast Breakfast Burrito: Easy Breakfast for Kids - Weelicious

Yummy! I have no other words to describe this dish. We love breakfast burritos in our home because they're so quick to prepare and are the perfect protein-packed breakfast after a long night's sleep (if we're lucky enough to get one these days)


Eggs 2
Milk 2 Tablespoon
Cooked black beans 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Salsa 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Canola oil/Oil, butter 1 Tablespoon
Whole wheat tortillas 2 Large
Sour cream/Cheese, avocado 2 Tablespoon



1. In a bowl, combine eggs, milk and salt. Whisk it well.

2. In a pan, heat oil and scramble egg.

3. Add beans and salsa. Cook until heated through.

4. On a tortilla, place the scrambled egg and roll in half.


5. Serve with sour cream and avocado.
